FAQ
Questions, answered.
What is Ozwell?
Group fitness and recovery under one roof — work out and recharge in one place, in about 75 minutes if you're short on time. High-quality childcare and upscale amenities are available, and there's an indoor-outdoor dome on the Monon Trail.
How do I reserve a class?
Download the Ozwell app (Apple App Store or Google Play), set up an account, then browse the schedule and book your spot. The front desk can help if needed.
Can I reserve a class by texting?
Yes — text the front desk at (463) 328-5045.
Can I drop in for a class?
Yes — drop-in classes and recovery sessions are $35, booked through the app.
Is there parking?
81 parking spots plus bike racks.
Do you have locker rooms?
Yes — full-service locker rooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, and other amenities.
Do you have towel service?
Yes — sweat towels, shower towels, and cold eucalyptus towels.
Are you on the Monon Trail?
Yes — we're right on it. You can see the whole facility from the Monon, and you can walk in from the trail. There's no official trail bridge or gated entrance, but you'd be hard-pressed to be closer to it.
Do you hold classes in the dome in winter?
Yes — classes run in the dome year-round. Like working out in a snowglobe.
Do you offer open gym?
Yes, for members: 1–5 PM Mon–Thu and 1–4 PM Fri (hours subject to change).
Can I book the studio for private events or corporate partnerships?
Yes — email info@ozwellfitness.com or see our Events page.
How much does childcare cost?
$10/child per 90-min session, or monthly: $99/mo for up to 2 kids, +$25/mo per additional child, $149/mo for 4.
How do I reserve childcare?
Through the app, after registering your child(ren) with the front desk (call or stop by to register).
Will there be enough room?
Yes — we have plenty of space and don't anticipate turning children away. Call ahead if you'd like to confirm.
Can I leave the premises during childcare?
No — we are not a certified daycare.
Is the facility nut-free?
Yes.
Can my child bring snacks?
For the safety of all children in our care, we ask that outside snacks not be brought into childcare due to potential allergies.
How long are childcare appointments?
Childcare appointments are up to 90 minutes. Additional time is $5 per child, per hour.
What should I wear for recovery services?
Cold plunge requires a bathing suit (or a clean sports bra and bike shorts), and you must shower first. For all other services, wear whatever is comfortable.
Cold plunge — how long is a session and how is the tub cleaned?
You have the room for 10 minutes — we recommend 3–5 minutes in the cold plunge. The tub is chlorine-sanitized with an advanced filtration system, and a towel is provided.
Cold plunge — can I do contrast therapy?
Yes — the room has a one-person infrared sauna. Start with the sauna, then plunge. (No plunging while pregnant.)
Infrared sauna — how is it different, and how long should I stay in?
Infrared heats your body directly rather than the air, giving deeper heat at lower, more comfortable temperatures — good for detox and muscle recovery. Stay 20–30 minutes (new users start at 10–15), 2–3 times a week. Rooms are fully private. Not recommended while pregnant — consult your provider.
Red Light / LED — how long, how often, and what do I wear?
Sessions run 8–10 minutes; start with 2–3 a week. Wear whatever's comfortable — more exposed skin is better, and the beds emit no UV. Beds are sanitized after every use. Not recommended while pregnant — consult your provider.
Compression Therapy — how long, how often, and what do I wear?
Sessions are 20–30 minutes, 3–5 times a week depending on recovery needs. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Garments are sanitized after each session. Consult your provider first if pregnant.
PEMF — what is it, and who should avoid it?
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy — a mat emits gentle electromagnetic pulses that work at the cellular level to reduce inflammation, boost circulation, ease tension, and support recovery. Sessions are 20–30 minutes, 3–5 times a week to start. Avoid it if you have an implanted electronic device (pacemaker, defibrillator, cochlear implant), active bleeding disorders, epilepsy, or fever; pregnant members need medical clearance first.
mHBOT — what is it, and who should avoid it?
Mild hyperbaric oxygen — you relax in a gently pressurized chamber that lets your lungs take in more oxygen than normal, supporting energy, recovery, and natural healing. Sessions are about 60 minutes, 2–3 times a week to start. You may feel mild ear pressure like on a flight. Avoid it with an active ear infection, sinus congestion, a history of pneumothorax, or claustrophobia; consult your provider if pregnant or managing a health condition.
