How long are classes?
Most classes run 60 minutes; noon classes are 45 minutes. A few (Reformer, Hot Mat Pilates, Circuit Burn, Sculpt 45) are 50 minutes.
I'm a beginner — can I keep up?
Yes. Coaches scale every movement to your level, first class to fifth year. Real coaches who fix your form and remember where you left off.
Can I try it first?
