How hot is the room?
Warm enough to loosen muscles and get you sweating, without being unbearable. Bring water and a towel; arrive hydrated and you'll be fine.
How long are hot-room classes?
Most hot-room classes run 50 minutes. A 5-minute late policy is enforced — arrive 10 minutes early to set up your mat and acclimate.
I'm new to the heat — can I keep up?
Yes. Coaches scale every movement and you set your own pace. Take a knee, grab water, and ease in — first class to fifth year.
Can I try it first?
