This policy explains what information we collect on ozwellfitness.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you type into our forms, we use standard analytics to understand how the site is used, and we never sell your personal information.
What we collect
Information you give us. Two forms on this site collect personal information, and both are voluntary:
- Tour requests — your name, email, phone, preferred day and time, and an optional message. Submissions are delivered to our front desk through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service.
- Email signup — your first name, email, and an optional phone number. These are passed through Make (an automation service) to Constant Contact, the platform we use to send our emails.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These tools use cookies to tell us things like which pages get visited, which links get clicked (for example, a "Start $99 week" button), what kind of device and browser you're on, and your approximate location. They don't tell us your name.
What we don't collect. We don't take payments on this website. Membership purchases and class bookings happen on our member portal at ozwell.clubautomation.com and schedule.ozwellfitness.com, run by Club Automation / Daxko under their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your tour request and schedule your visit
- To send the emails you asked for — class schedules, $99-week details, and event announcements — with an unsubscribe link in every one
- To understand how people use the site so we can improve it
- To measure whether our advertising works — the Meta Pixel reports actions like viewing a page or submitting a form
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run parts of this site, and only so they can do their jobs:
- Google — website analytics (Google Analytics 4)
- Meta — advertising measurement (Facebook Pixel)
- Web3Forms — delivers tour-request submissions to our front desk
- Make and Constant Contact — power our email list and the emails we send
- Club Automation / Daxko — our membership and scheduling system, used when you buy a membership or book a class on the member portal
Cookies
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies in your browser to do their measuring. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, and the site will still work. The site also uses your browser's session storage for small conveniences — like remembering that you've already dismissed our email popup — and that information never leaves your device.
Your choices
- Cookies — block or clear them in your browser settings
- Google Analytics — install Google's opt-out browser add-on
- Meta — manage tracking in your Facebook ad preferences
- Email — click unsubscribe in any email from us and you're off the list
- Everything else — email info@ozwellfitness.com to ask what we have about you or to request deletion
Children's privacy
This website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them online. Childcare registration happens in person at our front desk, not through this site.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. This policy applies only to ozwellfitness.com — the member portal, scheduling site, and Ozwell app are covered by their providers' own policies.
