HYROX is the world's fastest-growing fitness race — 8 runs and 8 functional stations, side by side, against the clock. The best way to do it? Not alone. We're rolling into Nashville deep, training together for 12 weeks first, racing together December 10–13, and turning the whole weekend into an Ozwell event — athletes, partners, and fans included.
It isn't just for relay teams — enter any HYROX category, from Pro and Open singles to Doubles or a Relay team of 4. Whatever your level, there's a lane for you. You grab your own entry; we get you early access, get you trained, and get you to the start line with the crew.
Go solo or grab a partner. Enter HYROX Pro or Open as a single, or take on Doubles with a teammate — in Doubles you split the reps but run every round together. However you line up, you train and travel with the Ozwell crew.
Single · DoublesA HYROX Relay is a team of 4 — you split the full 8 runs and 8 stations between you (each runs 2×1km and takes two stations) and cross the finish line together. You bring your own team of four; we don't match anyone up, so have your crew set and locked in by the July 21 sign-up.
Team of 4 · bring your ownNot racing? Still come. Bring the family, the partners, the hype crew. Spectator passes get you trackside for the whole weekend — this is as much a trip as it is a race.
Spectators welcomeSpots are limited and registration is competitive — not everyone who wants in will get in. But as a Official HYROX Training Club, the Ozwell crew gets early access on July 21, two days before it opens to the public on July 23. We'll throw a sign-up party on the 21st so we all lock in our spots together. You register your own race entry — we make sure you're ready and first in line.
You don't have to be ready today — you have to start. Our dedicated HYROX prep block gets every athlete race-ready, from first-timer to competitor.
Build the engine for 8 km of running and master all 8 HYROX stations — ski erg, sled push/pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmer's carry, lunges, wall balls.
The race is won in the roxzone. We'll drill handoffs, pacing, and how to assign legs to each teammate's strengths.
Scaled for first-timers, sharpened for competitors. Twelve weeks is plenty of runway to get anyone to the line confident.
You'll sweat alongside the same people you'll race with — which is exactly why teams that train together finish together.

It's posted on the board each week — do it in class, or solo during open gym, 1–5 PM, Monday–Friday.
New to it? Start with a half simulation — 4 stations — and build up. Coaches scale weights and reps for everyone, first race to fifth.
