What each color is for

Where the science is strongest: red and near-infrared light is the most studied of the three, with solid support for skin and recovery. Green has real research behind its effect on migraines and light-sensitivity. Pink is the lightest on evidence — a nice finisher, not a clinical claim.

How to use itAbout 12 minutes, 3–5 times a week for best results. Pick your color, lie down, done.
